Our home has been decorated and furnished with your comfort in mind. Our beds are king size with Egyptian cotton sheets and lofty down comforters. The family room has leather furniture, LCD television & satellite. Wireless internet is accessible throughout the house and yard. The yard has lots of room for seating, barbequing and relaxation. Downtown or the Fairgrounds is just a leisurely walk away. We’re pretty sure we haven’t forgotten anything that you’ll need for your comfort or for a great visit!
Rates & Availability of Paso Vine House
Our rates are based on a maximum of 8 adults with a minimum two night stay Weekends – Friday & Saturday nights $400.00 per night Special Events Weekends – Friday & Saturday $500.00 per night Weekdays – Sunday through Thursday $350.00 per night Weekly Rates – 5 days (not special events) $1200.00 Weekly Rates - 7 days (not special events) $1600.00 Special Events Weekly Rates – 7 days $2400.00
Check in …
Check in anytime after 3 p.m. unless an earlier arrival is previously approved. Keys to Paso Vine House will be held for you at Rendition Gift & Furniture at 13th & Railroad. Please email us at info@pasovinehouse or call us at 805 238 6851 or 805 441 0381 if you are unable to arrive before Rendition closes at 6:00pm Monday through Saturday or 4:00 pm on Sunday so other arrangements for the keys can be made.Check out is 12:00pm. Please lock all doors and leave the keys hanging on the key holder in the family room.
Deposit & Payment…
We require a deposit of ½ of the house’s rental at the time of your reservation. The balance due for your stay will be charged to your card when we receive verification that you have arrived. Rendition will not be responsible for receiving your payment; your payment will be handled by the owners of Paso Vine House and run through their company’s accounting department. Your MasterCard or Visa will be kept on file and any damages/extensive cleaning necessary will be charged accordingly. Three week cancellation notification is required – your deposit will be applied as a cancellation fee if you cancel less than three weeks and we are unable to re-rent our property. If we can fill your canceled reservation we will refund your deposit, less $50.00 to cover our costs.Policy Regarding Pets…
